Before becoming a CFO, Jesse was a private equity investor focused on business services and technology companies. He started his career as a consultant at Bain & Company, and received his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
As the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Michael oversees all aspects of sales, marketing, partnerships and strategic growth. Prior to joining CompassMSP, he spent the last two decades helping companies grow by building and managing high-performing sales and marketing operations and creating value-enriched relationships with its clients. Michael and his wife currently reside just outside of Atlanta, Georgia with their four daughters, attended Georgia College and University and certified in SPIN among other sales methodologies.

Before becoming the Finance Operations Director, Veronica was a Controller with experience in the Legal and Information Technology industries. Veronica earned her bachelor’s in business administration from Nova Southeastern University. Currently, she is pursuing an Executive MBA at FIU.
Karen brings more than 25 years of HR and payroll experience to her role as the Human Resources Manager for CompassMSP. She serves our “Department of One” and works closely with our CEO and Regional Vice Presidents to ensure success among our employees. She is responsible for controlling and managing recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management process, and she also leads the charge on morale boosting activities for our more than 110 employees. Prior to joining CompassMSP, she served in various roles at companies ranging from small non-profits to large corporations.
