I am writing today with some exciting news to share with all of the clients we support.  Effective January 1st, TS Tech merged with CompassMSP, a fast-growing MSP with offices in Miami and Jacksonville Florida, to form a larger, national firm. CompassMSP is focused on providing enterprise-quality services to the SMB market and is led by a CEO with many years of leadership in the Managed IT services industry. 

Both companies share a common vision and strategy centered around building and maintaining long-term client relationships. Our values and culture closely aligned, making it easier for the TS Tech team to take this opportunity to continue to grow personally and professionally in order to better serve you.

You’ve probably noticed some changes this past year as we prepared our team for this transition.  For starters, Bruce was promoted in June to manage the Wyomissing Office and he took on Todd’s role, handling much of the Account Management. Tyler stepped into a new role this year as a lead technical resource. 

The opportunity to join with CompassMSP has allowed for even further advancement. Bruce will become regional VP, leading our business as part of CompassMSP. Todd will continue to be a shareholder in the new company and will focus his efforts at the CompassMSP level, working on new business development and integration.

This merger will have minimal impact to you.  You will continue to submit tickets the same way. Our core service delivery process will not change, but the company name will change from TS Tech Enterprises, Inc., to TS Tech, a division of CompassMSP. The team of people you have always worked with will be unchanged, but in time you may speak with some new people. 

We are adding people to the Wyomissing office and will be able to offer new capabilities. CompassMSP offers some new and exciting services that we had not yet built out, including Voice over IP (VoIP) phone service and additional managed security services such as user penetration testing campaigns and managed SIEM services.

We are excited for the ability to continue to deliver our special blend of IT services with concierge-level support on a national level, with a more developed sales and marketing team to help with growth.
